Building High Performing Teams

Purpose and Overview

The reasons that a business or corporation may need team building training often centers around communication problems – these problems may occur between employees, between managers or leaders, between management and staff, or between departments and divisions.

Signs of a need to build better performing teams include conflict, lack of productivity, lack of understanding of team member differences (e.g., engineers and sales executives on the same team), declining work quality, dissatisfaction, high job turnover, change of management, restructuring, and different personal management styles, just to name some.

In this executive training program, which is fully grounded in academic knowledge and proven research about how teams achieve success, you will learn how to build high performance teams.

Learning from Ph.D.s in the field of communication and psychology, we draw upon theories of management, persuasion, psychology, and small group communication which are proven to work for creating success.  We apply these essential principles clearly and efficiently, to make your teams perform at the highest possible level.
